I. Do you require a deposit/booking fee?

25% of your package price is required upfront to reserve your date. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. This fee covers initial communication, all planning, location hunting, and booking a specific time frame for your session.

II. Do you provide the RAW (unedited) files to your clients?

Chefs don't serve raw pork, and photographers don't serve RAW files...because safety. You have chosen us as your photographer(s), presumably because you enjoy our style (both photographic and editing). So, keep that in mind before you ask us to share RAW files.

III. We want to include our dog into the photo session, is that okay?

Absolutely! We're huge animal lovers. Whatever furry, or even scaly, friend you'd like to bring along for your session is not only acceptable but encouraged. We do recommend having a friend come along, to keep your pet busy until the full session is finished.

IV. How long does it take to receive the photos after the session and how will those be delivered?

We're known for a quick turnaround on all photo sessions. However, we ask for up to eight weeks for a full wedding gallery and usually two weeks for family and portrait sessions. Your photos will be delivered, via an online gallery on our website.

V. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

If you no-call/no-show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and we will not reschedule. Please be mindful that when we book a time slot, we are holding that slot for only you. Therefore, we are not able to schedule someone else, thus potentially losing clients/sessions.

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give us 48 hours notice. If you happen to fall ill the day of your session, please reschedule. We rarely reschedule because of weather, unless it is extreme circumstances and no feasible solutions can be made. If we do approve a rescheduling date, your booking fee will carry over to the new date.
